Q1 - How long will my order take to be delivered?
A - Orders are usually delivered within 1 - 3 business days throughout New Zealand and within 5 - 10 business days throughout Australia.
Q2 - My order has not arrived. What now?
A - Please contact us so we may follow up with our courier company and let you know what’s happening.
Q3 - I have not received my order confirmation email?
A - Please check your “junk email” folder.
Q4 - The product I ordered is not correct, what do I do?
A - Please contact us to swap it for a new one.
Q5 - I don’t like the product I ordered and would like to swap it or get my money back. How do I do this?
A - No worries! Please contact us to arrange this. We will either swap out your product or have you product collected by our couriers and give you your money back minus shipping.
