Soldering paste flux grease RMA-223 kit containing:
- 5 x full syringes
- 5 x syringe pistons
- 10 x needles
The Solder Paste is a high viscosity no-clean flux which can be used for PCB & SMD reworking as well as soldering & re-balling of computer & phone chips.
The RMA-223 is made of a mixture of high-quality alloyed powder & resinic pasty flux.
